Go through your closet, pull out all of the professional attire you don’t wear – suits, shoes, accessories, and give it to someone who has landed a job interview but cannot afford professional interview clothing due to the very fact that they are not employed.

They are far more likely to understand the broader implications of a policy or business decision because of an enhanced, or even a different, perspective.

As a result, they are able to generate more, often better and creative solutions to the problems we face as a business and as participants in our larger society...
